Every Sunday 1pm - we meet at the key west yoga sanctuary for a guided movement and breath session. Each weeks foundational theme will be addressed - with take home content. Grow in community, and receive customized attention from Lalita.
Each weeks session will take place at the Key West Yoga Sanctuary 612 Fleming St. Each session will be recorded (and bonus content) will be accessible with a private log in and access for up to 1 year.
Receive 2 personalized therapeutic healing bodywork sessions as part of the 7 week course. Session combines the rhythmic stretching and compression of thai yoga massage, energy healing and more.
The foundation of your healing, release of pain, toxins, harmonize emotions and mental calm is learning how to breathe properly.
Included in this course is a 5min daily breathwork challenge. Learning is empowerment! Gain the breath tools to; calm mind, clear energy, energize, or to heal. ALIGN THROUGH THE
POWER OF YOUR BREATH.
To to stretch properly, align your physcial structure, progressive movement flow and understanding body mechanics is key.
We feel 'old' when we are stiff and tight and lack mobility. Learn to open the body, release tension and create ENERGY FLOW FOR ALIGNMENT.
All change must first happen through awareness. Through the techniques, tools and practices you will gain deeper awareness of your body, mind, emotions and connection to all that is. AWARENESS LEADS TO ALIGNMENT.
Each session will support you to 'return inwards' while connecting with community.
