My path has been one of immersion, devotion, and initiation — across continents, temples, studios, and lineages. Trained in New York City, India, and Bali, I have studied with masters of movement, touch, subtle energy, sexuality, trauma healing, and the Tao. Each transmission has passed through my body, transformed into embodied knowing through practice, presence, and service.
From the sacred architecture of Zero Balancing to the devotional current of Tao Tantric Arts… from the rhythmic remembrance of SOMA Breath to the rooted wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita… from trauma-informed yoga to theta healing to cosmic sexuality — each modality is a strand in the tapestry I now offer.
These are not just trainings — they are lineages of love, touch, rhythm, and transformation. They have shaped my way of listening, guiding, and activating.
